Talk to your Odoo — orders, stock and who owes you.
Sales, customers, stock, deliveries, invoices and the CRM — answered in plain English from your live Odoo. It reads the fields your Odoo really has, customizations included, and it's read-only until you decide otherwise.
The answers that used to need an export.
- Who owes us money right now — and how much of it is more than 60 days overdue?
- What did we sell last quarter, by salesperson and by product category?
- Which deliveries are ready to ship, and what went out this week?
- How much of this product is on hand, reserved and actually available — by location?
- Which quotations are still waiting to be confirmed, and who is the salesperson on each?
- Which follow-ups are overdue, and who are they assigned to?
- Who changed the status on this order, and when?
- What is this order ready to be invoiced for? Create the invoice as a draft so I can check it.
From the first quote to the last payment.
Quotations and orders with their real status, customers and who looks after them, leads and opportunities — and sales broken down by month, customer, salesperson, product or category, with each currency kept separate.
On hand, reserved and available, by product or location. Deliveries ready to ship, receipts coming in from suppliers, and what each pricelist charges for a product.
Customer invoices, credit notes and vendor bills with what is still owed on each, the payments applied to a customer invoice, and an aged receivables view — current, 30, 60, 90 days and beyond.
Open activities across the business, and any record's history: the notes, the emails, and who changed which field, from what to what.
It starts out able to look, not touch. Changes are switched on deliberately, only for the parts of Odoo you choose. By default, new quotations and invoices are created as drafts, invoice emails are prepared for you to check before they go out, and every change is logged with who asked for it. User accounts, access rights and company settings stay with your administrator.
Built for the Odoo you actually have.
Odoo databases are often shaped to the business — extra fields, renamed order stages, an implementer's own additions. The connector works from what your database really contains, so your custom fields come through with their proper labels and your order stages read the way your team named them. It runs on Odoo Community or Enterprise, versions 14 to 18.
Not locked to one assistant. Odoo connects to Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or any MCP-capable AI.
What we build is an MCP server — a connector built on the Model Context Protocol, the open standard for letting an AI assistant work with a real business system. Because it's a standard rather than a private integration, the same connector answers to every AI that speaks it:
It's a remote MCP server, hosted and maintained for you — a dedicated deployment for your company, signed in through your own Microsoft account, reaching your Odoo database over an encrypted connection. You don't run a server, and switching AI tools later doesn't mean rebuilding the integration. If you already have an MCP setup and just want the connector, that works too.
People search for this in different words — “Odoo connector for Claude”, “Odoo MCP server”, “Odoo MCP connector”, or just “connect Odoo to AI”. They all describe the same thing: one connector, and the AI assistant of your choice.
Odoo and AI, answered.
Is there an Odoo MCP server for Claude?
Yes. This is a hosted Odoo MCP server: a connector that gives Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio or any MCP-capable AI access to your live Odoo data — sales, customers, stock, deliveries, invoices and CRM. We build it, host it and support it for you.
How do I connect Odoo to Claude?
We deploy a dedicated Odoo connector for your company at its own web address. In Claude you add it as a custom connector (Settings → Connectors) and sign in with your Microsoft work account. It works in Claude Desktop, on the web and on mobile.
Does the Odoo connector work with Microsoft Copilot Studio?
Yes. Add it as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool in a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent, and that agent can be published to Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Can the AI change my Odoo data, or only read it?
It starts read-only, and it only sees what its Odoo user is allowed to see. Changes are switched on deliberately, only for the parts of Odoo you choose. By default, new quotations and invoices are created as drafts and invoice emails are prepared for you to review before anything is sent, and every change is logged with who asked for it.
What can an AI agent do with my Odoo data?
Answer questions about sales, customers, stock, deliveries, invoices, overdue balances, leads and follow-ups straight from live data, rather than from an export. With changes switched on, the same AI agent can also draft quotations from a customer's pricelist, create invoices from orders, log notes and schedule activities.
Which versions of Odoo does it work with?
Odoo Community and Enterprise, versions 14 to 18. It connects through Odoo's standard external API, using an API key for a dedicated Odoo user.
Will it work with our customized Odoo?
Yes. It works from the fields and statuses your database actually has, so custom fields and your own order stages come through with their real labels. Your own custom buttons can be added too, once they've been tested and described.
Do I need to run a server or be technical?
No. This Odoo AI integration is hosted and maintained for you, as a dedicated deployment for your company. From your side, it needs a dedicated Odoo user with the right access and an API key; after that, you just ask in plain English.
