What we build is an MCP server — a connector built on the Model Context Protocol, the open standard for letting an AI assistant work with a real business system. Because it's a standard rather than a private integration, the same connector answers to any AI that speaks it:
It's hosted and maintained for you — a dedicated deployment for your company, signed in through your own Microsoft account, reaching your Fishbowl Advanced server over an encrypted connection. You don't run a server, and switching AI tools later doesn't mean rebuilding the integration. If you already have an MCP setup and just want the connector, that works too.
